Effective Executive Search

Diane brings 16 years of executive recruiting experience to KeySource Thomas Thor.  Most recently she was Vice President, Project Management for a Cleveland-based executive search and consulting firm.  Diane has led complete, full-cycle retained executive search projects with a high focus on developing partnerships with both clients and candidates.  With in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the search process, Diane focuses on broad-based research to initiate every search project.  She believes that high quality and exhaustive research sets the stage for success throughout the entire project. Diane is an effective communicator and places emphasis on clear, effective reporting and interface with client decision-makers.

KeySource Thomas Thor is a retained executive search and organizational consultancy headquartered in Hudson, Ohio providing strategic growth services for a wide range of clients. For twelve years we have been serving the U.S. and European defense, security, energy, environmental, engineering, construction and manufacturing markets.

As Project Director, Diane works closely with hiring managers to deliver senior leaders for high-priority positions. She manages, directs and coordinates the entire project team to deliver exceptional results to KeySource Thomas Thor clients.  Diane’s objective is to always deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction and she strategically manages the entire search process applying lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Diane has experience across multiple industries including Energy and Nuclear, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Software and Retail, with knowledge of the full range of technical and business disciplines, including: project management, operations management, engineering, manufacturing, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, business development and communications. She believes strongly in bringing an honest and ethical approach to the recruitment field combined with confidentiality and passion. Through her years of successful executive recruiting, Diane has established an extensive network of professionals from the C-suite to middle management and individual contributors.

Prior to working in the executive recruiting field, Diane worked for Zale Corporation as a Manager in their Replacement Services Division, establishing both customer, vendor and client relationships; and as a Retail Assistant Manager.

Diane has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing from The Ohio State University.   She has been involved in community service with Summa Hospital, Hudson community service groups and Hudson youth and high school sports associations.
