Kim is a Senior Researcher and Project Manager for KeySource Thomas Thor.  Over 18 years of experience as a dedicated researcher has resulted in Kim’s ability to continually replenish the pipeline of qualified, interested, and desirable candidates.

She is a resourceful project manager employing various tools, techniques, and strategies to ensure successful project completion.

At the onset of every search project, Kim participates in developing the most effective strategies for sourcing candidates.  Whether offering out-of-the-box ideas, or brain-storming with a colleague, Kim is committed to delivering high quality candidates.

Recommending strategies and ideas, Kim has been able to build and maintain KeySource Thomas Thor’s diverse network of potential candidates. Her pro-active attitude, flexibility, and ability to strategize the full life-cycle recruiting process includes marketing individual clients and their specific needs, candidate management, interview process management, and diversity sourcing.

A seasoned search professional and dedicated team player, Kim performs a wide range of roles, always balancing several tasks at the same time. Since joining KeySource Thomas Thor in 2010, Kim’s determination and research acumen has led to successfully identifying and filling several critical and complex leadership openings.

Kim’s intense level of experience conducting internet research in the federal and commercial nuclear arena has served invaluable to name generation and KeySource Thomas Thor’s candidate sourcing efforts.

Prior To KeySource Thomas Thor

Kim began her executive search career at D.J. Wurdack, Inc., where she led a team of research specialists. As a member of the senior research staff, Kim set specific goals, developed project time lines, and conducted customized searches using various research techniques.

Prior to working in the executive recruiting field, Kim held progressively challenging supervisory roles at several Cleveland-area organizations, including Huron Road Hospital and the Cuyahoga County Welfare Department. Characteristically strong in marketing, business development, organization, and client focused, Kim also led a successful career as an independent sales representative for a nationally recognized corporation.

Kim attended Southern Illinois University where she studied interior design.
