Loree Weber is a Research and Recruiting Specialist for KeySource Thomas Thor, focusing on the full-cycle of the recruitment process for targeted candidates.   Loree is able, under a tight timeline, to source and qualify candidates and build a robust pipeline for current and future positions.  Being well-organized, results-driven, and professional, while employing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Loree is able to build relationships with prospective candidates, team members and hiring managers.  Through her work at KeySource Thomas Thor, Loree continues to develop and refine her innate talent for logistics, event management, systems, team building, sales and marketing.

Loree supports the Project Directors in collaborating with Hiring Managers to define and prioritize job openings, develop and recommend methods for effectively recruiting and building upon a pipeline, and managing proactive adjustments to our recruitment strategy when necessary.   She develops and executes practices for end-to-end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.

Before joining KeySource Thomas Thor, Loree served as an Account Executive representing an applicant tracking system designed to streamline the process of attracting, identifying and building a skilled workforce for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) industry.  Additional prior positions include experience in sales and marketing for the hospitality industry.  Creativity, attention to detail and strong customer relationships continue to be the hallmark of her success.

Loree has excelled in development and leadership positions in the nonprofit sector for over two decades.   Her passion for connecting donors to the causes they care about led her to be recognized for her achievements with the American Heart Association.  Additionally, Loree has volunteered extensively in her community:  serving as a board member with the PTO, the Children’s Education Board and the local Youth Sports Association.  Loree has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of North Texas.
